Our service
Hellenah's Fragrance supplies perfumes in Nairobi, Kenya. Submit an order request through the website or WhatsApp. Contact us through our contact page or on 0722899826.
Decants and full bottles
Choose a 10ml decant or the full-bottle capacity shown on the product page. A decant is fragrance transferred from the original bottle into a smaller bottle, not the manufacturer's original retail bottle. Product images may show the original bottle and packaging rather than the 10ml decant. Ask us about any detail important to your purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Kenyan shillings (KES). The cart subtotal covers selected products. Our team confirms delivery charges, payment arrangements and the final payable total before payment. The website collects no online payment. If a price or listing is incorrect, we will explain the correction and obtain your agreement before proceeding; you can decline the corrected offer.
Order requests
Review your options, quantities, details and subtotal before submission. A website receipt acknowledges your request; it does not itself confirm stock, dispatch or payment. Our team confirms availability, delivery and agreed order details with you. WhatsApp messages are also requests until confirmed. Keep the confirmation and order reference.
Delivery
Provide an accurate delivery location and contact number. We will agree costs and an estimated timeframe with you before confirmation. Contact us about delays or problems. We do not guarantee an unstated delivery date.
Returns and cancellations
Our returns and refunds policy explains how to report damaged, faulty or incorrect products and request cancellation. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
Reviews and website use
Submit genuine reviews of your own experience. Do not submit another person's contact details, unlawful content or sensitive information. Reviews are moderated and displayed with publication permission. Do not disrupt the website or access information without authorisation.
Privacy and applicable law
Our privacy policy explains order and contact information handling. These terms are subject to applicable Kenyan law and do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Contact us first about issues; you retain the right to use an appropriate regulator or dispute-resolution process.
Updates
We may update these terms for future use. Changes do not retrospectively alter a confirmed order without your agreement.
