Choose a fragrance, select a 10ml decant or full bottle and add it to your cart. Submit a website order request or checkout through WhatsApp. Our team confirms availability, delivery and payment; the website does not collect payment.
Why do some products show a price range?
Different options can have different prices. Please confirm your preferred size, availability and final price before ordering.
What currency are prices shown in?
All catalogue prices are in Kenyan shillings (KES).
Can I order an out-of-stock fragrance?
You can ask about availability on its product page. An enquiry does not reserve a bottle or guarantee restocking.
How do I confirm delivery and payment details?
Contact Hellenah’s before confirming your order to agree on delivery location, any delivery charge and payment arrangements.
