Who we are
Hellenah's Fragrance is a fragrance storefront based in Nairobi, Kenya. For privacy questions, contact us through our contact page or WhatsApp on 0722899826.
What we collect
Orders collect your name, phone number, delivery address, products, quantities and optional notes. Enquiries collect your name, message and an email address or phone number. Reviews collect a display name, rating, review, contact details and publication permission. Do not submit identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal information in messages.
Why we use information
We use order information to take steps towards fulfilling your purchase, arrange delivery and discuss payment. Enquiry details are used to respond to you. Reviews are published only with permission and after moderation. IP-derived identifiers limit abusive submissions. These forms do not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers and sharing
Authorised team members can access orders and messages. Delivery providers receive details needed for delivery. Neon stores database records. ImageKit serves product images and may receive technical information when your browser requests them. Our hosting provider may process request logs. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. Review contact details are not displayed publicly.
Processing outside Kenya
Our Neon database is hosted in the United States. Other providers may also process information outside Kenya. Cross-border processing is subject to the protections required by Kenyan data protection law. Contact us for information about our providers and applicable arrangements.
Retention
Cart selections remain in your browser until cleared. Orders and enquiries remain in our database until manually removed; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Records should be retained only to fulfil requests, resolve issues and meet legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request deletion. Records that must legally be kept may not be deleted immediately.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, and object to processing in circumstances provided by law. You may withdraw permission to display your review; withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. We may request enough information to verify your identity. You may raise a complaint with Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
